Is It Possible To Run Your Car With Water?

Many of us have heard of the rumors that you can run your car with water using certain water fuel kits technology. The oil price has broken the $100 barrier recently. Given the inexorable increase in fuel prices, many of us started to think whether it is really possible to run our car using water power.

I have recently purchased a guide book that teaches me how to modify my car and make a water fuel kit from this website (HERE). So here, I'm going to reveal the secret of running your car with water.

P/S : You will need some chemical and mechanical knowledge to understand this.

How Does A Water Fuel Kit Work?

The water fuel kits work by using a hydrogen-on-demand system that converts water into flammable hydrogen (H2) or oxyhydrogen gas (HHO).

The whole process uses electrolysis and the electric from the car battery.

These gases will be channeled into your fuel tank and mixed with the gasoline. Since these gases are flammable, they can generate additional energy to move the car. Pretty easy theory isn't it?

Besides, you will need to create a fuel heating system that can heat up your fuel before using them. Hence, this will increase the efficiency of your engine and increase your car gas mileage.

Clearing The Doubts On Running Your Car On Water

Is This A Perpetual Machine?
100% No. Many people will be skeptical of this and ask how can we create additional energy out from a smaller energy. If this is really so, then it will be a perpetual machine.

However, these claims are not true because we can see many similar chemical processes. One of the famous processes that we have learned in High School is Haber Process. Why this process is being used widely is because the return is higher than cost.

The same theory applies on the water fuel kit. It is not a perpetual machine. But, by using catalyst and creating a high pressure environment using the water fuel kit, the return of energy from burning the hydrogen fuel is higher than the initial energy required to convert water into hydrogen fuel, hence allowing you to run your car with water.

It sounds like it is violating the principle of conversation of energy...
No, it does not violate the principle and it does comply with the principle. Many people will say that it is not economical to do so because it requires huge energy to convert water in gas. However, this is not true because the energy required will be reduced by using catalyst.

As we know that the catalyst will lower the activation energy of the process, the energy required will be reduced and hence making this entire process economical.

Therefore, in the whole process, there are actually many invisible energies that we are unable to account for. This includes chemical energy from the catalyst.

Everything Returns To Economics
The water fuel kits are not perpetual machines nor they are violating the principle of conservation of energy.

What is happening here is we are paying a lower sum of money to purchase an alternative source of energy. Since the return is higher than cost, this makes this method workable.

This is the same as the alternative fuel such as biodiesel that is being heavily invested by many countries. Why are they investing on this alternative fuel? This is because the return is higher than cost which makes the process economical and is worth for investment.
