Im going to run across Canada and I am inviting everyone to come with me. You can run, bike, walk, roller blade, skateboard....whatever floats your boat. You can come for 1 mile or all of it. Im leaving sometime in 2009. Stay tuned for updates as to where ill be so you can meet up and run....

Lets take action and responsiblity for our own health and well being. STAY FIT BE ACTIVE. Get off the couch and get active. Lets live a balanced life and not get diseased.

Active Tips 

They say every little bit counts right? So here are some tips of things you can do to help get active.

1. When in parking lots park at the far end of the lot. This allows for teh longest possible walk. This wil increase your heart. give you a little movement in your body and probably save your car fro the horrible dings and dents your car gets from parking lots.
2. Take the stairs when ever possible. Again its a small thing, but still a bonus.
