Annual inspections should be done by you or a licensed professional RVrepair center. If you don't feel confident enough to do it your self, take it to one of the larger RV dealers in town. Most have very qualified personel.
Most new RV's have a white rubberized roof. It's super strong and last a very long time. When conducting an inspection of your RV's roof, don't forget to pay close attention to the areas around your antenna. The vibration and movement from cranking it up and down all the time puts stress around the mounting base. Also where the antenna coaxial cable penetrates the roof is another possible leak point. Take your time when inspecting, do a good job. Even the smallest pin hole or crack could be leaking for a long time before you notice anything inside.
