    I don't try to make money on Squidoo, but WOULD like to see my lenses earn more for the Squidoo Charity Fund. Either way, it all seems like Greek to me -- earning money for any reason here. I would go completely bonkers if I had to track stats and tiers and earnings, but
    have great respect for you and others who do.

    I am sorry you are feeling frustrated at this point, however I feel you are still making progress and have the potential to make really good $. I myself feel that tier payments are bonus money and I have very quickly decided that battling for lensrank is not what I want to do. Making sales is my focus, so the bulk of my earnings come from my Amazon affiliate links. It makes it look like I earn very little (around $40 a month) on Squidoo but I make at the very least that much again at Amazon.com.
    Do you make lenses that are purely focussed on making sales? If not, why not try it? This Affiliate Marketing comes easily to some people but the majority of us have to work hard at it.
    Here's a thought: if you walked away for a month, wouldn't your efforts in past months STILL ensure you get a payout? What other career does that? Keep your eye on the end goal - passive income (or fairly close).
    This month I split off all my non-sales specific lenses into another account, along with wip's and I like my dashboard so much more now. Purely aesthetic, but it helps me to not have to look at those 'other' lenses.
    Deanna, whatever you decide to do, as long as your lenses exist they have potential and hopefully will continue to earn for you. Keep your chin up. ((hugs)). DEE

    Terrific idea for a lens. You make good money. I would be happy with a $100 a month. I just don't have the time. Maybe when the kids move out in 10-15 yrs...lol

    Hi Deanna, it sounds like your efforts have reached a "Squidoo traffic threshold" as I call it. This is really why we are teaching people methods for success on Squidlog. We have all been there at one time or another. :)

    Not yet but I like stats. Got my first payment from Squidoo yesterday. It was (drumroll please) $ 5.75 (Nov+Dec 2011).

    Probably still too new to be Squidoo Scientist -:) I'm rooting for you re: increasing your income. My highest paying lenses in Dec were brand new gifts ones that made sales. The sales themselves boosted their rankings. I've since made an account solely for the niche gift lenses. Wishing you all the best- a little disappointment won't keep you down long -:)

    I like comparing stats. Have made a few hundred bucks on Squidoo, but that's through selling lenses. This year plan to create over 100 lenses and make money directly through Squidoo.

    That's pretty incredible! Great idea for a lens. Not for me but for anyone who has lenses in the top tiers. I only have 17 total, I'm still a newbie.

    I think all your lens stats are so well deserved though. You have such an exquisite writing style, your so knowledgeable on so many levels. You're a true blessing to Squidoo. Thank you for sharing. 5*****

    nice lens!

    I noticed a drop in both tiers and payouts after the Glam ads went into effect. :( I was very dissapointed in that because Squidoo had promised us that the Glam ads would bring payouts up, but instead, my payouts were cut clean in half! I was talking to 4 other lensmasters who live local to me, and they all said the same thing, they too think it was caused by the new Glam ads.

    I've got a list f my stats too, all written up on paper, never thought to post them on a lens like this. I may do that, what a great idea.

    Ah, the stats -- just saw your squidcast so dropping by to say hi! Personally, I don't want to think about all my lenses that hit Tier 3, let alone Tier 4. More than usual what with all the >640,000 lenses now on board -- I need a bigger float to stay afloat! ;-) Best of luck to you with the next month's payout.
