Ryan Gosling's Workout
The Truth behind the Ryan Gosling Workout
Ryan Gosling has become somewhat of an object of envy for men, and an object of desire by women. Ever since his introduction to A-list celebrity status after the Notebook, he's been working on his body. Finally, he looks great with a shirt off. Now, this didn't happen overnight, and it certainly wasn't easy. It took hard work, dedication, and patience. You too can get a body like Ryan Gosling if you want, click on this link: Ryan Gosling workout or just follow this guide to find out how.
Ryan Gosling has actually never really been known for having a very lean, muscular body. He never had the stomach that many women are crazy about or that many men envied. But, those things were before his latest movie was released. What is this that I'm talking about? Crazy Stupid Love. (awesome movie, btw).
I know what you're thinking.
It sounds like a really blah, generic, and plain ol' overdone (not to mention lame) chick-flick that would provide absolutely no entertainment for guys.
Au contrair!
Last weekend, I watched this movie (I was forced by my girlfriend), and honestly, I find this movie one of the best comedies I have seen in such a long time. It has probably the funniest scene in a movie since the turn of the century. I was honestly hysterically laughing.
Actually, comedy isn't the only thing that is truly amazing in this movie. Ryan Gosling's beautifully chiseled body caught the attention of many viewers ever since he started to appear shirtless in the movie.
Many people are in awe of his body and want to know how he managed to get in such great shape, and many are surprised after finding out that he only had a couple of months to prepare his body for the role. It might sound a little far-fetched, but bare with me. Without further ado, let's discover Ryan Gosling's Workout for the Crazy Stupid Love movie.
Gosling focused on adding lean muscle mass at the right places of his body, and performed short yet exceptionally intense cardio workouts to lose some fats.
Many people will probably tell you to imitate a bodybuilder's workout to have a great physique. What's the problem with that? Well, a bodybuilder's workout normally places huge amount of concentration on the legs. Bodybuilders say that the amount of hormones produced from heavy leg workouts make it easier to gain muscles. This may be true, but if you work out like this, you'll eventually have bigger legs. Ryan Gosling or any other Hollywood stars wouldn't do this to look great. After all, you're not going to look great if you can't even fit into pants (think tree trunk legs).
These guys concentrate on adding muscles in the right places and in the right proportions. This leads them to looking good whether they go shirtless or fully clothed. An important factor is working on the upper back. This gives you a "V" shape, which actually makes your waist look smaller.

The 6'2 Canadian hunk managed to benefit from this exercise and got down to 10 lbs for his role in the movie.
