2008 Ryder Cup Comes To Louisville

The 2008 Ryder Cup at Louisville's Valhalla Golf Club was a classic for the ages. With Paul Azinger's USA Team not having won the coveted Ryder Cup since 1999, there was much to prove with many Ryder Cup Rookies including the rhinestone USA Belt Buckled Anthony Kim and Galloping Boo Weakley that both came up big in the event. Plus, Kentucky Hometown Heros like JB Holmes and Kenny Perry each did their part to bring the Cup back to the States.

It was truly a great week for the teams, Louisville and the United States. The weather was perfect, the course at Valhalla was in great condition and the matches were wonderfully competitive and exciting to watch.
