Saddam Hussein
This lens is a reminder about who Saddam Husssein is and what he has done. The world seems to have a short memory when it comes to the Iraq war and it is so easy to demonize one side or another but let's not forget what happened. The world is a better place without this tyrant. Regardless of how people view the current war in Iraq, and the on going internal struggles, let the blame be placed on the doorstep of Saddam.

It is important that we don't forget these horrific crimes. It is so disappointing that the US has let itself be tarnished by the activities at Abu Ghraib and Gunatanamo.

Who has forgotten who Saddam is, who is supporting him? I've never heard anyone say that the world is not a better place without Saddam. Quite the contrary: No matter if you supported the war or not! Posted April 15, 2008 |

Dead on. I'm tired of people trying to portray Saddam as some kind of "good guy". He was evil. He needed to go. My college friends were in Iraq and they said the people there are happy we took that tyrant out. So how about a follow up lens pointing to the evils of Fidel Castro?
