The Incredible Exploding Toilet
This is our most spectacular (to date) experiment with volatile liquids and firearms. We first lit a fire in the toilet bowl with a chlorine/brake fluid mixture (see video), then set a gallon jug of 87 octane on a 5-gal bucket a few feet in front of the works. I then shot the jug from a safe-ish distance (50 yards) with a Ruger R77 Ultralight chambered in .257 Roberts+p, using factory Winchester Super-X Power-points. It worked.
