The following cot rail teether is BPA, phthalate, pvc and halogene free, non-toxic and not made in China, made in Australia - www.muffetskidz.com.au and it is a proper teether with ridges for soothing gums, and one long length so there are no joins that germs can get stuck in.

Thanks so much for this info. I was very happy to see Sophie the Giraffe here. We received her as a gift! She's great.

Thanks for this great list. Do you know if any of these teethers are made in Europe or the US, and not in China?

I recently bought the Bright Starts : "Tag Along Friends" and the "Teether Book." I was wondering if these are Bisphenol-A free and also lead free as well as these products are made in China which scares me in the first place because of all the recalls. Any info would be peace of mind for me. Thanks

Parents should always be aware of what toys and teethers they give to babies - the ones that are not harmful to their health or does not contain chemicals which could affect them.
