The Natural Approach for RLS

If you are looking for a safe , natural way to cure Restless Leg Syndrome, then you have finally found it. I first experienced RLS when I was pregnant and thought I would go out of my mind from the lack of sleep and strange sensations. I wasn't about to take prescriptions that could harm my baby, so I began doing some research.

What is Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)?

RLS is a neurological disorder that causesan uncontrolable urge to move your legs, arms or torso. This urge to move is a result of the tickling, itching , burning sensation felt in the muscles of the effected limbs. Unfortuently, these sensations arise while the body is trying to rest and often cause insomnia.

How do I Know if I Have RLS?

Common Symptoms

An irritating sensation in legs
Sensations can be painful or just uncomfortable. Feelings are described as creeping, crawling, tingling, pulling. While people usually feel the sensations in the calf area, some feel them in the upper leg, the feet, the arms, or the hands.

An overwhelming urge to move
Getting up and moving around can relieve the discomfort.

Sensations that vary depending on position and time of day
Discomfort tends to increase when sitting or lying down and during the evening or night. These sensations can vary in intensity; some describe the sensations as merely bothersome or annoying, while others describe them as quite painful and feel them deep in the leg.

Visible movements in toes or feet
Others may notice your feet or toes moving slightly or jerking when you are sitting still or resting.

What I Found That Helps

As I said early, I did some research. The side effects of the medications for RLS were quite scary and actually met some people in support groups that said the meds didn't help at all. Two people in the support group sent me to a website that actually had an ebook that treats and controls RLS without any type of drugs. The results are guaranteed and they do work. I am a firm believer in trying a natural, drug free approach first. I will only use medication if all other avenues fails and I am happy to say that I no longer suffer from RLS and was able to prevent it in a safe, natural way.

I wish all of you the best of luck in finding relief from this awful syndrome. I was lucky enough to benefit from the information in the ebook as were many other people. I have provided a link to the ebook below and hope you have as much success with it as I have.

Remember this is all natural and safe for everyone including pregnant women and children.

Enjoyed reading your lens as I also suffer from RLS from time to time. Luckily not as often now since I have started using naturopathic and herbal treatments for various health problems.

Hi,

I really enjoyed reading your lens, and disturbed by the effects that some people get from taking medication for it.
Personally I'm really trying to find out
if there is a connection between RLS and Sleep Apnea, any idea?
