And, if you work for a company or the Government Department from which the bank demands security, you will have to arrange by yourself.

You will also attach your debit order to ensure your monthly repayments. Also, you will be made to sign standard loan mortgage agreement, and have to agree on the terms and conditions of the home loan as well other important documents.
