Sailor Venus is a sailor senshi in the anime and manga known as Sailor Moon. She is one of the inner senshi and her attacks are metal based. In the Japanese series she is known as Minako Aino which translates to "beautiful child of love". In the English translation she is known as Mina.
She was originally in the manga Codename wa Sailor V, which serves as a prequel to Sailor Moon due to Sailor Moon's takeoff in popularity versus the popularity of Sailor V. She became Sailor Venus when she met up with Sailor Moon and the other senshi.
