My Review of 'Optimindzation'
Waking up your brain, and kicking it into gear!
Well here is something that fits my tough criteria of something that works and is relevant in your role as a sales manager.
Optimindzation is a really interesting product that was recommended to me by an American friend. I had never heard of brain entrainment until I read the sales letter.
Optimindzation helps you access particular states by aligning your brainwaves. I know it sounds really wacky. All I can say is when I use the CDs it makes a difference to how clear I think and what I can get done in a day.Two very useful things to have as a busy sales manager, with often more tasks than time in the day.
It is a known fact that different states of "mind" have certain brain wave patterns that go with them. You have probably all experienced that feeling/state where everything is flowing. Where you are getting idea after idea?
Well this CD series works on the premise that if you can recreate this pattern in the brain you can recreate the state.
Which is fundamentally true. It does this by using a series of beeps which you listen to through headphones.
The first time I used Optimindzation was last year when I went to a conference in Australia. Travel time for me was just over 24 hours. I wanted to make the most of my time during the presentations and work sessions and was unfortunately suffering from jet lag.

My Review of 'Practical Report Writing'
Sadly, this skill is rarely taught.
It's just an assumption that every ones knows how to present facts and figures in a clear and logical way.
Which is definitely not true!
