I just love the velvet feel of this black salsa dress against my skin. It's so sexy to touch. It's not clingy and hugs the body in a comfortable way. It feels really easy to move in when I dance. The halter top and decorative band highlight the bust and shoulder line. The top of the dress is stretches so there's room for ladies who have more cleavage to show.
