    I can handle more salty snacks like almonds or chips, but can't eat as much sweets like cookies without feeling fat and disgusted.

    I've having edamame right now, with sea salt. :) I try not to eat sweets first or last thing in the day. If I'm going to have something salty, I really like the Old Dutch balsamic vinegar and black pepper chips since they are salty/sweet.
