My wife entered the US on K1 visa. We are Happily married living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife NAME.

3. Copy of USCIS Form 1-551 (Permanent Resident Card Front & Back)
4. Copy of our Joint Income Tax Return Form 1040 for the year 2008 and 2009.
5. Copy of Individual Wage and Tax Statement 2010 showing same address.
6. Copy of both IRA or Individual Retirement Account 2010 contribution showing same address.
7. Copy of Verification of Joint Checking and Savings Account from Kauai Community Federal Credit Union Bank.
8. Copy of our Joint Car Insurance Policy both Cars under both names
9. Copies of both drivers license showing same address.
10. Copy of my Wife Personal Bank Account from Wells Fargo and My personal Bank account from Kauai Community Federal Credit Union Bank.
11. Copy of my wife's Credit Card and my Credit Cards showing same address.

OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO ESTABLISH THAT OUR MARRIAGE was not entered into in order to evade the U.S. Immigration laws:

1. Copy of utilities and bills showing same address.
2.Our Photos with Family and Friends
3.Copy of Invitation Card and envelop for my uncle's 100th birthday in California
4.Copy of our Flight Itinerary we took last June 04, 2010 to July 08 2010, to visit visit and explore Alaska. Also includes Copy of Hostel, Ferry reservations and itineraries
5.Copies of my wife recently Pay Stub with same address.
6.Affidavits Sworn to or Affirmed by 3 friends who have known both of us since my wife Conditional Residence was granted and have Personal knowledge of our Marriage Relationship.
