As you may or may not know chiropractors deal with people who are suffering from many physical problems. We help people who suffer from neck pain, low back pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica, just to name a few. People often tell me about their muscle problems and how they just wish they could stretch it out. But a lot of the time the problem is a nerve is being pinched and that is causing the tight muscles. It is normal to have sore muscles after doing something physical like going to the gym. It is not normal to have tight sore muscles for an extended time period, like months or even years.
