My favorite NFL team for the longest time was the San Francisco 49ers
During their glory years of multiple Super Bowl wins, with players like Roger Craig (from Nebraska) and Tom Rathman (also from Nebraska) backing up Joe Montana and making some of the greatest Super Bowl memories ever. Their star has faded a bit from that time, but its good to remember those glory days.
I love the San Francisco 49ers of the 1980's especially...
The Legend of Bill Walsh, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Roger Craig, Tom Rathman, Dwight Clark, Ronnie Lott, and the list goes on and on.
