What is it about Santa's Hat we love so much?
Santa's Hat is something we all know very well. That Red Hat with the Furry white trim and Big Pom Pom has become a holiday icon. It is a true symbol of Christmas Time that brings a smile to people of all ages. This hat now comes in so many styles and even for our pets.
This Page is dedicated to my Dad who made a Family Tradition of wearing the "Santa Hat" and has given us so many fond memories of Christmas - Thanks Dad
Our Family Tradition
Growing up in my house we had a Family Tradition with the "Santa Hat". Everyone in the family had a "Santa Hat" with their names on it - my father had one that said Santa. On Christmas morning we all had to put on our hats or no presents for us. My father wore Santa because he was the one to hand out the presents. This tradition has made for so many fond memories - so the "Santa Hat" for me brings me smiles and takes me back to the time of growing up and all those great memories. Christmas time in my house was such a fun time and my family has given me so many great memories of this time and traditions I try and pass down to my own children.
One funny thing is - we kept the same hat - so after so many years it got to the point where our Pom Poms got smaller than cotton balls.

What makes a Good Santa Hat?
Well for me these are the things I look for:
Red - of course it must be RED
Must be a soft Velvet - the softer the better
Big white Pom Pom - a nice fluffy one
A nice Furry White Rim
It must be a good price - Price is important
And last but not least - It must fit your head just right
