How many of Santa Claus' reindeer can you name straight off the top of your head? What is the first one that automatically springs to mind? I am sure that most of us would immediately say, "Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer." Some of us may even be stuck after that; more of us may manage to name another two or three.
