It was time for a new television. I had decided I had put up with the television in our bedroom for too long. There was nothing wrong with it per say, just that it was taking up too much space, and now was the moment for it to migrate to another room in the house.

It was a great price, slim with a flat screen - and just the right size for the bedroom.

Three Years Later

Unfortunately this particular Sanyo HDTV television is now out of production, but having owned it for three years, it continues to operate perfectly. A wonderfully crisp, clear picture with equally clear stereo sound.

It is used a lot, as there are certain programs I prefer to watch that the rest of the family do not. So, taking myself off to the bedroom and watching my favorite shows in spectacular HDTV feels like a real bonus. I also use the Internet a lot. Hooking up my laptop to this television is a boon, allowing me to view websites and videos more clearly than I could have hoped for. Connecting the two is truly simple and really enhances my online experience.

The television is great for viewing photos, as well. All you need is a USB mass storage device connected to the TV. Then you have the choice of seeing your favorite pictures either individually or as slide show. A very easy way to show family and friends your latest vacation photos, which I have done on several occasions.

I'm still very happy with my purchase and feel it was money well invested
