Ranked #722 in Music, #19,157 overall

Sara Evans is the best female country singer in the business. She has an amazing personality and is a dream to look at.

She really caught my attention while channel surfing back around 2000 and catching the video to "Born to Fly" from the album of the same name. The song was OK but I thought she was one of the hottest women I'd ever seen.

Once past her looks I realized she was a great singer, and not being much a fan of country music, I was surprised to enjoy some of her songs.

Evans was the most-nominated artist at the 2001 Country Music Association awards with seven, and she won her first CMA award when her song "Born to Fly" won the award for Video of the Year, her first major country award.

Sara was the most played female country singer on radio in 2004. She won her first ACM in 2005 for the "Female Vocalist Of The Year.

People magazine named Evans among its annual "50 Most Beautiful People in the World" for 2005.

In June 2006 a reader poll released by Country Weekly magazine voted Evans among the "most beautiful women in country music," second only to Faith Hill.

In Sept-Oct 2006, she competed in the cheese fest known as Dancing With the Stars. She dropped out after the 5th week citing the need to be with her family, after filing for divorce from her husband of 13 years.

The divorce was finalized in September 2007. The divorce began very heated with startling accusations of cheating and porn but eventually ended amicably.

She married former QB for the University of Alabama, Jay Barker, soon after the split.

Sara Evans Singing Live in Leggings and High Heels

Not sure what concert this is. Sara hasn't been seen much since she got divorced and re-married. I had hoped she would have gotten back in the public eye but it seems she has been choosing her appearances carefully. Here's hoping we see more of her in 2010.

Sara Evans in Atlanta Concert

This is a photo of Sara performing in Atlanta during August 2009. She is showing off her legs in a pair of short shorts and towering high heels.

Sara Sings National Anthem at University of Alabama

This is about as good as it has been for Sara viewings lately. She is married and dealing with something like 8 kids now. Sometimes women seem like they lose the desire to be hot after getting married. She gave us a a lot of good years with her beauty. She'd come out and show us her beautiful legs or bountiful breasts at different events. That seems to have passed now that she married the QB. She must be very happy in marriage which is great for her and her family. But it sucks for those of us who enjoy her beauty. Yes, for those of us who enjoy objectifying her. It was fun to see her as a sex symbol. I'm not certain those days are behind her. She's a very naturally, pretty woman, but the days of cheesecake videos and photos could well be over sadly. Roll Tide.

Sara at the 2008 CMT Awards

Sara is hot. No doubt. Maybe I just expect too much from her. I found one photo of her from the CMT Awards last night and I must say it is underwhelming. Her hair is flat, like the extensions just aren't working for her. The dress appears ill-fitting. Tighter is better of course but I would have preferred it to do more for her wonderful bosom. The best thing I can say is her calves look amazing. Good job working out at the gym.

Sara at the 43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards

Sara Evans attended the 43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. I didn't watch it so I don't know what she did there if only to make an appearance.

So here is a photo of her from the awards. I can't say I really dig her look as much as I have before. I mean, her body seems smoking hot. She looks like she has been working out and got herself all trim and firm. But she cut off all that beautiful hair. I guess she is slowly moving toward the middle-age, short haircut. I hate when women do that. Sorry, the hair just sucks.

Sara Evans With 3 Doors Down

One of my favorite songs by 3 Doors Down. Actually they are one of my favorite groups. Sara looks great but doesn't really fit well with this song. A duet it song its not. He sounds better than she does. But the video is worth looking at simply becasue the band sounds good and she looks great.

Nothing New

Just another hot photo

Still nothing new to report on Sara. Talked to a buddy of mine in the country music business here in Nashville (yea, really, who isn't in the business) and he said nothing goes on until February for the talent.

So, I decided to find a pretty picture of the fair Sara. Seems she went to some BMI award show back in Nov. '07. The best thing about that show would have to be Sara all glammed up in white and sexy high heels.

Sorry I have nothing new to report. Sorry it's just another photo to objectify Sara. It is what it is. And I dig it.

Sara Evans Pics

I have nothing new to report about Sara. I was just thinking how pretty she is and decided to post up a hot photo I found of her. I wish she would find herself in more glamour photoshoots. I'd like to see her in a Maxim shoot. It will never happen since her base is the Christian country folks who might take offense at her appearing in a magazine such as that. I just think she is very pretty, very hot and would really enjoy objectifying her in a sexy photoshoot.

Sara Evan's Legs

Sara Evans has nice legs. No truer words have been written. This is a view of those luscious gams as she is walking away from the camera. I like that she has high heels on. And I like that her gams are very shapely. But as my objectification of Sara continues I just don't know if I can endorse that skirt. It's not a favorite.

Sara Evans at the 2007 CMAs

The Tennessean reports that Sara Evans had on a short black Romona Keveza dress with $90,000 worth of pearls from Lindell Diamonds around her neck. "Once we put the necklace with the dress, it just felt like old glamour." Of the necklace she said, "It is SO heavy!"

"I like how it's short because I like to show my legs," she said.

She jokes that she was a little stressed because the dress was so short. Her dramatic eye makeup and hair evoked Old Hollywood.

Also she was named in the Top 12 Best Dressed at the CMAs by People magazine.

Greatest Hits Album

Sara Evans is reaping the rewards of her fine career with her first Greatest Hits CD. The collection includes fan favorites like "Born to Fly" and "No Place That Far," as well as four new songs. This interview on CMT has her reflecting on her latest music video, her first big hit and why her kids have changed the way she makes albums.

4 Questions With Sara Evans

Nice interview article from the Pensacola News Journal with the lovely Sara Evans. This was in conjunction with her appearance in Pensacola on February 2 for her new concert tour.

Four questions with Sara Evans
by Rebecca Ross

The popular country music star, whose "An Evening with Sara Evans" tour will make a stop tonight at the Saenger Theatre, took time from her busy touring schedule to answer our e-mail questions:

Q: Several members of your family are featured on your latest album. How important is it for you to have that family connection in your career? Are they more likely to be honest with you?

A: It is so important to have family involved in my career for many reasons, the main one being that they are so talented! And why would I hire anyone else? Also, you are right, they are extremely honest with me and they care for and protect me more than anyone else in the world. They keep me feeling safe and grounded.

Q: Your music points to a number of musical influences. If you could create a dream "Jam Band" of fellow musicians, both past and present, who would be rocking on stage with you, and why?

A: Oh goodness. So many. Heart, Eagles, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Boston, Fleetwood Mac, Maroon 5, Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, on and on, it's never ending.

Q: Some country music purists resent the trend toward pop/rock/rap radio-friendly country songs. As a country singer, what's your take on the "traditional" versus "crossover" debate?

A: I feel like a great song is a great song no matter what. It's fine with me as long as it has REAL PASSION, and it's genuine. I don't like contrived music from any format.

Q: Please describe your live show to your Pensacola fans.

A: "An Evening with Sara Evans." It's all about the music and my connecting emotionally with people. I write most of my songs, and I love to tell how and why I came up with different ideas. And you get to laugh too, I hope!

"Underwhelmed" by the CMT Awards look? I hope you're kidding. She was smoking hot! I don't mind her look now, but she looked incredibly sexy, the dress was hot, and she didn't look a day over 25. I'll take any woman with the "flat" long, dark hair like that and sexy curves in that dress.
