Meet Skiing Girl Sarah Albom

Skiing fascinates me. I am amazed at how graceful athletes can appear when zipping down the slopes, or flying through the air. I watched my 9 year old daughter Sarah in silent wonderment.

Over the past few years we have become a snowsports family (with one skiing girl and one snowboarding girl). We follow the winter. This was Sarah's year. She participated in free style, race and nordic jump. She emerged on top as Sarah Albom is now the 2009 New Zealand Jr. National Champion Overall - Female Freeski U10.

Sarah loves being a skiing girl, and I am the proud mom.

Hello, Racing Ruby here. I'm 12 and I have been racing since I was 5. My dream is to ski at the 2018 Winter Olympics. That are some cool tricks in that video. I wish you all the luck.
