Green Tea

Green tea is one of the most popular kinds of tea, and is traditionally consumed by many different cultures around the world. It originally comes from China, but is also commonly drunk in Japan and other parts of East and Central Asia. It is reported to contain antioxidants which contribute to overall health. It is a popular tea for cooking, particularly in Japan, where it is often made into green tea ice cream.

Black Tea

Black tea is the type of tea that is most commonly consumed in western countries. It is essentially oxidized green tea. Darjeeling and Assam, from India, and Lapsang Souchong, from China, are some varieties of black tea.
