My mother name me after Bob Dylan's Sara, his song of loss and bittersweet memory. The song could have set the tune for my life, with cries of Gypsy violin and harmonica. Instead it gave me solace, a sad music place where I felt at home.

Breastfeeding Tolerance
I love the breastfeeding relationships I have experienced--the one I had with my mom and the ones I have had with my three children. I wish for a future in which breastfeeding is widely accepted, supported, and appreciated for its abundant benefits to moms and babies and its natural beauty.
