About Me: In short, I spend the majority of my time caring for my children and my home, writing articles, reading, listening to music, keeping up with the goings on in our homeschooling community, spending as much time outdoors as possible, and reminding myself to slow down, take one thing at a time, and enjoy every moment.

My mother name me after Bob Dylan's Sara, his song of loss and bittersweet memory. The song could have set the tune for my life, with cries of Gypsy violin and harmonica. Instead it gave me solace, a sad music place where I felt at home.

- Writing Novels
- You can complete a novel of at least 50,000 words within thirty days while receiving the guidance through this course. You'll learn to write for quantity and quality while you steadily increase your word count, advance your story, and give your characters, plot, and theme the added impact they need to catch the eye of an agent or editor.
- Low-Carb Living
- Only five hundred generations ago, everyone on the planet ate a low-carb diet. This is the diet that I will present in this course. It is based on the natural diet of our pre-agricultural ancestors who experienced virtually none of our modern-day chronic diseases.
- Homeschooling the Unschooling Way
- The unschooling approach to homeschooling is not a new approach to learning. It's the way we learn naturally when left to follow our interests. It's also the way most children learned before modern compulsory schooling. Unschooling is not a method, as you will learn, but a flexible approach for individual families and individual children.
- Baby Care: First Year
- There is much valuable information to learn about your baby even in her first moments.

An issue that matters to me
Breastfeeding Tolerance
I love the breastfeeding relationships I have experienced--the one I had with my mom and the ones I have had with my three children. I wish for a future in which breastfeeding is widely accepted, supported, and appreciated for its abundant benefits to moms and babies and its natural beauty.
How do you feel about breastfeeding?
