SAS Software Experience @ Holland Numerics Limited 

Experience accumulated since 1981 from SAS software version 79.6 to SAS software version 9.2, using:
  • Windows Vista, XP, 2000, NT, 9x and 3.1
  • Windows NT, 2000, 2003 Server
  • UNIX (including Solaris 10 64-bit), Linux
  • MVS, OS/390, z/OS
  • VAX/VMS, OpenVMS
  • OS/2

Detailed answers can be supplied for the following SAS software components:

  • Base SAS software (including macros, PROC SQL, PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE, SAS ODBC Driver, DDE, Output Delivery System)
  • SAS/ACCESS software (including DB2, Oracle, ODBC, PC File Formats/PC Files, Teradata)
  • SAS/AF software (including Frame, OLE)
  • SAS/CONNECT software
  • SAS/GRAPH software (including Output Delivery System)
  • SAS/STAT software
  • Enterprise Guide software
  • SAS Integration Technologies (including BI Server)

General answers can be supplied for the following SAS software components:

  • AppDev, DI, STAT, Forecast Studio software
  • Enterprise Reporter software
  • Enterprise Miner software
  • IT Service Vision software
  • SAS/ASSIST software
  • SAS/EIS software
  • SAS/ETS software
  • SAS/FSP software
  • SAS/IML software
  • SAS/INSIGHT software
  • SAS/IntrNet software
  • SAS/MDDB server
  • SAS/SHARE software

The Agreement between You and Holland Numerics Limited 

  • £550 + VAT will pay for 1 calendar month of questions from the day the payment is received. Note that VAT is only applicable in the EU.
  • Up to 5 email addresses can be used to send questions, either directly or via the web site to sas.answers@hollandnumerics.com, but these must all be specified at the same time as the order.
  • Each question should require no more than 1/2 hour to answer.
  • Only 1 question is permitted per email.
  • No limit is currently in force on how many questions can be asked in 1 calendar month.
  • The answer will be sent back to the email address used to send the question.
  • No data processing can be carried out. However, a small sample dataset (<50kb) can be attached to any question emailed directly, although not to any questions emailed via the web site.
  • Every effort will be made to provide an answer to the question within 48 hours of receipt of that question.
  • Holland Numerics Limited cannot accept responsibility for any problem caused by the implementation or operation of code that has not been thoroughly tested and approved.
