Shopping online isn't what it used to be...
First and foremost, there's the convenience. Shopping online is there when you are. There are no store hours to abide by, the commute is wonderful, there's no jockeying for a parking spot, the selection is amazing, and you can access the sites 24/7/365. Oh, and you can use your coupons too. Some of these sites are incredible, allowing you to shop sensibly with more options, products, and clothing than you'd ever find in a physical store--and more than you'd EVER find at one mall on any given day.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...
"I've heard it all a million times before".....
Seriously?
We work (with our commute included) about 50 hours a week. The time we have left, after eating and sleeping, is usually spent with our family, especially if you have children. Is your idea of fun actually spending money on a babysitter, arranging a day way in advance to accommodate the sitter (and both of your schedules), drive an average of 15 minutes to the mall, drive around for another 10 minutes jockeying for a parking spot...just to walk in, order a cappuccino and people watch?
Really?
So, with that said....
Here are my 8 great reasons for shopping online....
1. You don't have to shower, get dressed and look pretty.2. Get cash back on all your purchases...with only one extra click. This is the coolest thing out there.
3. For most purchases, you can get a coupon code or promo code at www.retailmenot.com.
4. Free shipping/delivery..most of the time there's a coupon code somewhere.
5. Stacking deals...no one to argue with you. It will work, or it won't. Usually there's a way.
6. No impulse purchases to chisel away at your budget..unless you WANT to browse.
7. Points/Rewards programs...either on your credit card, or your favorite store card...and most times, you can have both rewards simultaeneously.
8. Prices are always cheaper online, as the stores have very little overhead expenses for these divisions of their company.
I very rarely go to the store anymore. I love opening my front door and finding boxes and packages that I ordered online. Yes..I know, most of these things are items I shop for anyway, such as toiletries, office supplies, etc., But there's something about opening boxes that we Americans associate with gifts, and not only will you spend less and save money, but it's 10 times more fun when you hear the doorbell ring and it's the cute UPS guy!
