Help the cause to save Lipstick Jungle...

Lipstick Jungle is one of my all time favorite shows. I am trying to save Lipstick Jungle (TV show on NBC) from cancellation because I love this show. If you loved Sex & the City, I think you will love the toned down version of Lipstick Jungle. For you die hard SATC fans, Ms. Candance Bushnell, the author of Sex & the City, even served as executive producer of 7 episodes of Lipstick Jungle! Come on people! We can do this!!!

These days, T.V. shows with less than average content are what we have. Do you want reality T.V. shows to be our future? Whatever happened to great narrative with complex story lines, dynamic characters and just plain old good t.v.? They are a dying breed and I'm just trying to salvage one of the few great ones for my own selfish reasons.

So, in a valiant effort to save Lipstick Jungle, I am hoping I can help to obtain signatures for a petition http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?lsj777 to show the executives at NBC that cancellation of Lipstick Jungle would be a huge disappointment. Great News! There's still hope for Lipstick Jungle

Hey there people,

Let's keep fighting this fight. Looks like there is hope for our beloved show, Lipstick Jungle. The more buzz we create for the show, the less likely it is to be cancelled. Yes, it might not be on network television, but I would be happy with having this show on a cable channel, just like Friday Night Lights.

    Please keep my show on!! I just love this show. I have never gone on a web site to write to save a show! Never! This should tell you how much I love this show. I just got several of my friends hooked on Nico, Wendy and Victory and her clothes. We miss them already!!!! Please bring them back!

    Keept his show on!! I love it but hate the day and time it's on.I tivo it every week and truly can relate to each character! There is finally a true depiction of a real woman's life! Please keep this show on. I've never felt so strongly about a show and I've never signed a petition before for a show but I really enjoy this show!

    I didn't find this show until season two. Working full time plus a part time job, I just didn't have time for tv. The first episode I watched I was hooked! I use my DVR and am now able to watch whenever I have the free time! Just when I found something I could really sink my teeth into, they want to cancel the show? I just purchased season one and will enjoy watching it. As soon as season two is release, I'll buy that too. But I'm here because I wanted to add my vote to keep Lipstick Jungle on TV! There are so many bad things happening everywhere in our world. It's fun to get away from it all with an episode of LJ. I like being able to fly to Paris for dinner, don't you? Only on LJ are we able to do that. Most of us can't afford going out to dinner let alone flying off somewhere for dinner! There are enough crime shows, and too many reality shows, and plenty of game shows to keep everyone happy. We need this show. One night a week, ANY ONE NIGHT is fine! Keep the show!
