    Hi Susan!!

I just cried so much when I saw your video and I hope that your ex gets what's coming to him. I was told to tell you to possibly try to contact the attorney general and maybe he could help. If I had $5,000, I'd give it to you. I also hope that you get to see your little girl soon.

My prayers are for you both.

I'm so sorry you didn't get to see Sarahbeth on Saturday. I hope this starts moving in the right direction and soon. I cannot believe that this is Friday and the judge still has done nothing! I'm think of and praying for you both.

Susan, please, look into hiring your daughter a guardian-at-lidem. She needs someone to advocate for her and her needs. They can get expensive but, you can petition the court to order him to pay half of it.
Anything I can do, let me know.
  • Barbara Aug 16, 2007 @ 11:20 pm | delete
    Susan,
I feel for you and your daughter. My husband and I have been fighting this battle over my step-son in Ohio since 2002. Some very strong advice: LOG, LOG, LOG everything in a journal and (it IS legal where you live) tape record every conversation! You will need it. Prayers are with you.
  • AnnaB Aug 16, 2007 @ 3:24 pm | delete
Will be praying for you. I hope to hear that everything is okay. Soon.

Don't email, call every newspaper (even crappy little ones) in your area, every radio station newsdesk, every television station newsdesk, every city and county official, your state senators, your federal representatives and senators. Go ahead and cry if you must. Someone will help.
  • Stephen Joltin Aug 16, 2007 @ 8:28 am | delete
I hope the Judge does do something about him missing the court ordered visit. If he doesn't it just shows that there is something fisy going on. Best wishes!

My heart goes out to you, I can't imagine the situation you are in. I'll do my best to get word out for you.

I was a non-custodial parent years ago. My heart goes out to you. Your separation from your daughter is abusive to the child and as you said in your motion, traumatic to both of you. I pray for all good things to happen in this case to safeguard mother and child from all negative influences.

This may sound a little far fetched, but have you tried contacting Nancy Grace? She is always ripping judges she feels are unfair. I'm sure she has a website. It can't hurt. I'll be praying for you and your daughter. God Bless, Chloe

    Hi Susan,
I'm not sure if it will help, but I submitted your story to NBC for review, to see if maybe some National Media coverage can help to right the injustice that was done. I sent them the link to your page here,to read your story.
You and your beautiful daugter will be in my prayers.

I have emailed the West Plains paper, the Rolla paper, and the Rolla PBS radio.

I would have someone help you with a press release and send it, with a link to the youtube video, to every media outlet within approx 200 miles. Followup with network tv. it might get picked up nationally.

I so pray that you can get help in your country and that she is home in your arms soon. This is so very wrong it amazes me that the USA and Canada seem to not care for THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD at all. Here the child would get a free Lawyer just for themselves I am sure they would. Good luck
  • Melissa Aug 13, 2007 @ 12:12 am | delete
I will add links on my blog and help get your story heard....stay strong, this is so wrong someone somewhere must do something to stop this.{{{hugs}}}from one loving mom to another.

Susan I am so sorry to hear about your situation. I'm also an AC writer and while I might not be able to help you locally I will put something on my blog. I have a friend in Missouri so I'll contact her and see if she has any suggestion. I'll keep you and your daughter in my thoughts.

I am very sorry for you and your daughter.I'd call your local news stations and discuss with then about putting this on the air. I don't know anything about the law so I can't help you, but know that you and your daughter are in my thoughts and I hope that you have her back in your arms very soon.

One more thing. I would love to help and put your information on my website: www.bluecollarnews.com. Email me and lets talk. richmond46@msn.com or info@bluecollarnews.com. I guess I would like to verify some stuff first, given my recent experiences with my daughter.
  • Becky Gallops Aug 10, 2007 @ 12:56 pm | delete
Susan if you need people to help get this info out to news agencies in your area, please just let me know. I can email all day if I need to. Also, you need to contact all your state legislators. Becky

    Hi Susan,
I am not sure what I can do to help. However, I must say that at present, I am taking care of my granddaughter 18 months old. My daughter, married, both drug free, alcohol free. Yet I am in another state doing their job. I think this needs more investigation. Maybe more thought. Email me.
  • Shana Dines Aug 10, 2007 @ 9:47 am | delete
What can we do to help you. I have been in a situation where I had to allow my kids to go with their father unless they refused or I knew he was drunk. They witnessed atrocities and he was later accused of molestation of his stepkids. Let me know what I can do. Sincerely Shana
