The marriage vow holds a lot of commitment power, "to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part", but these words of commitment are seldom ever fulfilled.

What are the symptoms or signs of impending marital disaster?

If your spouse agrees with you all the time now and has little attention of matters that used to throw them in a fit then you need to sit down together and talk about what's wrong in order to save the marriage. Some of the most evident signs that a divorce is near goes unnoticed by the spouse. If you spouse is keeping their distance from you or if your spouse is ignoring you while you are in his presence most of the time, there may be other logical reasons why your spouse is behaving in this way. If your spouse is becoming less talkative and now silence is their game, then this is a sign that your marriage is beginning to crumble. Drive your spouse senseless with your tactics and they'll love you for it. Remember if you feel so comfortable in the presence of your spouse at home, it does not make any difference if the two of you have not actually gone out on the town because you have had your romantic bonding time together at home already therefore this may not be a sign that your marriage is about to end. Married couples tend to only hear what their spouse is saying and they don't truly listen with their ears or their hearts to one another which will lead to a divorce eventually.
