Meet Kitso Our Cat
This picture is of Kitso Our Cat as an adult. He now has his own book and he is a star!
Because so many cats and kittens are left out in the cold, especially on Winter days, and the danger that comes from cars or the abuse they receive from their owners, these poor animals need love and care. So, I was compelled to write this short story about "Saving Kitso Our Cat." This is a true story.

When Kitso was a Baby!
Here is a picture when Kitso was a kitten. If you love animals you will love this story. It will inspire you to adopt a pet. With loving care, cats keep themselves clean and only need a litter box, food, water and an occational trip to the Vet. They are loving and loyal and if you decide to own a cat, he or she will be your friend for life.
Read the book you will truly enjoy it, and so will the children in your family.
Here's Playful Kitso Now!
Kitso is a fun cat, he loves his toys and he has many. Herrrrrrrre's Kitso folks, in his tube. Kitso sometimes zones out in his tube or rolls around and runs in and out. He loves to play hide and seek. That is good for an indoor cat they need their excercise and play just like us humans. Sometimes we hide some of his smaller toys like balls and stuffed mice. He seeks them out and brings them to us. Cats, if they are trained, can do many things. We so enjoy Kitso. When we are out for a few hours of shopping, Kitso hears the car and will sit near the doorway to greet us. Sometimes I think, he thinks he's a dog. But NO friends, he's a Cat. Our Cat Kitso. When Kitso was 4 Weeks Old
When Kitso was a few weeks old and taken away so suddenly from his Mom, he had to be fed through an eye dropper. He had no teeth, being so young, so he couldn't eat on his own. He was shaking and afraid until he was fed and gently held and patted. He knew instantly we fell in love with him. Kitso, a Flame Tipped White Siamese Cat, as a baby, was very beautiful. Now as an adult he is a very handsome boy, part of our family, and he is as good as gold. June 17th and another birthday gone by.
But Kitso had a great birthday.
Kitso's gifts were from a taller scraching post to a toy almost as big as he is and of course his favorite food, Turkey in gravy.
When you feed your indoor cat, don't forget to put a little water in his soft food for indoor cats don't drink a lot of water. This helps keep them healthy.
After Kitso's birthday was over, he took a little nap and you could almost see the smile on his face. Our cat Kitso is very content for he has everything he needs and doesn't meoow much. Except now.
Wishes from our cat Kitso to all pets, stay healthy and happy. MEOWWWW!
Just an update about Kitso Our Cat- June 2011
Kitso is closing in on a visit to the Vet. He doesn't like to be put into his carrier but this is a must for his ride to the Vet. This is almost the only time Kitso meowws the most. After his visit and back on home base, the door of his carrier lifts and he makes a beeline under the bed. He stays there for a little while until he is sure the carrier is put away. He then comes out as if to say, "What's to eat?"
Update on Kitso Our Cat- October 13, 2011
This morning, a funny thing happened. I was cleaning Kitso's carrier and left the door open while it dried. Kitso walked around the carrier and bang! closed the door as if to say, your not getting me in there. That's a Meowww for now, as he slowly walked over and jumped on the window sill to see what the squirrels were doing. Naturally they were collecting thier nuts for the winter and storing them in the old oak tree that sits in our back yard. MEowww. The King has spoken and then again, it's not time for the visit to the Vet, Yet.
Update on Kitso Our Cat- November 11, 2011
Today Kitso had a fur ball incident. After eating his food he started to heave and then, he threw up his food. When I looked at it, after picking it up and cleaning the floor, I found the fur ball. This is very normal for cats and as long as he gets rid of it he will stay healthy. Cats wash themselves and in the process they tend to swallow their fur. If they swallow enough fur, it has a tendency of balling up. The dry food I buy him has fur ball protection and it helps him bring it up, therefore, the incident is soon forgotten and Kitso is once again, a happy Cat.
Please think about buying your pet dry food that has fur ball protection.
Right now Kitso is taking a nap. Meoww and Ho Hum it's been a long day.
December 25th and Kitso and I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy and healthy New Year, right Kitso? MEOWWW!. Kitso today had his favorite,Turkey, and played a while with his new toys. He loves the Christmas tree. Just stares at it with all those shinny baubles but at last can't get to it because of the alarm that goes off. We don't want him eating anything off the tree so we put an alarm in front of it. Cats are very curious and will eat anything that hangs like tinsile and ribbons. A small alarm will do the trick and keep him out of mischef.
Until next year I bid you all a good night!.

- Feeding Kitso with an eye dropper must have been quite the experience. My uncle used to raise mink and sometimes the mother wouldn't take care of the little ones, so we got to feed them with little toy baby bottles. I wonder if Kitso will be signing authographs.
