    Since I love quesadillas I'd have to say that would be the first type of lunch/dinner crepe I'd make.

    I love crepes in all shapes and sizes. Mushroom, onion and cheese are my favourite, but your propositions look delicious too. Will try it out one day

    holy crepe! I really wanted to say that! hehehe! I love crepes! I remember the first time I made one was in my home ec class when I was in 8th grade. They go with everything! I can't wait to make some again! Thanks for the great lens!

    I love crepes! In Somalia they eat a crepe like flat bread with almost every meal, my favorite is the spicy goat.

    This looks amazing! Can't wait to try it! My girlfriend is a vegetarian so I'm always trying to find new things to cook for her, which can sometimes be a little tough because I'm an omnivore so coming up with entrees that dont include meat can be problematic. But I will definitely try this sometime soon to bring something new to the table.

    Hey thanks for the Crepe/Quesdilla idea. I've made many crepes, but always had a problem with what to do with them, as they weren't big enough to either egg roll or quesa style. Now I have a new line of attack. Thanks. I also noted that no milk was used and there was no obligatory 1 hour trip to the fridge for the batter. My life is suddenly a little simpler.

    You've taken some of the mystery out of crepes for me. We usually use quesadillas. Now I'm wondering if I'd like crepes more. Lots of great info.
