These savory cheesecakes are slammin'! I am a big fan of sweet cheesecakes and have collected and made my own recipes for many years, but only have a few savory ones. I favored and bookmarked this lens as I want to come back to try some (maybe all!) of them. They really sound so good. I can't believe that I hadn't found these before.
  • TheGourmetCoffeeGuy Dec 22, 2010 @ 9:54 pm | delete
Never heard of Stilton Cheesecake with Poached Pears and Port Reduction but sounds absolutely delicious. My passion is specialty gourmet coffee but I love cheesecake as well. The two go together so well! Savoring a slice of your cheesecake and a cup of my delicious freshly brewed specialty gourmet coffee: a winning proposition. Thank you for the great idea for a special dessert.
  • Dec 10, 2010 @ 3:17 am | delete
Savory cheesecake is a new taste for me but if your 'stilton cheesecake with poached pears and port reduction served with candied walnuts' recipe tastes as good as the name sound it should be magnificent.
  • lil_muchang Nov 18, 2010 @ 2:25 pm | delete

Mmm...delicious. The spinach cheesecake looks like the one I'd have to try first, although I found a nice artichoke heart recipe through one of your links. 5*

I've never seen so many recipes for cheesecake in my life; very informative. You should check out this place for their pesto to add to a recipe. It's my favorite pesto :)

OMG! That Stilton cheesecake sounds amazing! As far as savory cheesecake goes, I don't know how my palate would react to it. Sweet cheesecake is one of my ultimate weaknesses, but in all fairness, I have never had a savory version. Fantastic recipes though and 5 stars on a scrumptious lens.
