Doing Your Homework is Easy ,. Do it First, Before You Pay or Promote
Hi!
Everyday, when I check my email and I see who is promoting who,or what programs I am flabbergasted. I get dozens of e-mail from so called "big name" gurus, and even from people I know. These are folks whom I think have a certain amount of common sense. Obviously, these people did not take the time to do their homework on the company or person before signing their name to the offer.
The lateset round of e-mails and offers that have hit my in-box concern another self proclaimed Guru Ann Sieg. Now, She may or may not be, until I do my homework I won't know if this is an offer I should consider.
The internet allows us to do our homework on any MLM company, or person trying to shove yet another costly secret at us. Finding valuable information either good or bad can be done with ease. Properly doing Your research will require less than an hour of Your time. All You have to do is a Google search on either the company or the person. You will be very surprised at how easy it is to determine if You should invest either Your time, Your reputation, Your money or all three .
Please Remember there are five essential items/ things / attributes that a good and decent network marketing company MUST have in order to let you be successful promoting that company or person.
Please remember you only have one reputation, guard it well, if you become known as a person that will promote anyone or anything just to make a buck you can be assured that your business will not last.
As for education and training on how to make a decent living in this great industry of ours, that should be free. We who have "become sucessful" in network marketing should be very willing to help anyone that wants to learn how.
The available abundance of wealth will never run out, we should not try to hoard it for ourselves.
I am going to do two things here, first I am going to list the five essential atributes you need to have in your company to allow you to be successful. Second, I am going to spend 15 minutes on Google and show you what I found on the latest so called secret and marketing system being presented by Ann Sieg. This is just one example of the many offers flooding my in-box everyday.
Now, You have to remember that I have been asked to purchase this several times by emails, from so called gurus and even from people I know. The price of this so called secret is a mere $ 67.00. Do you realize that at the minimum wage in this country this is over 10 hours worth of work? I believe that this is worth my time investmet of one hour or less,so that I can verify the validity of the offers.
This is an ongoing investigation, As I review more of these "opportunities" I will add the information to this lense.

She has (that I have seen so far 15 different companies listed) each one with it's own splash page all she did is to change the company name, now I Know that not all of these are bad companies nor do they practce or preach the methods that are listed on their individual splash pages
As this "sort" of hype, and deception is presented to me I will be adding it here! It is pure coincidence that this was placed on my site as an ad

What five attirbutes You should be Easily able to find in a Company
( These are the 5 Pillars to Success)
Pillar 1. Company management experience with Integrity!
Do a Google search on the company owners. When you have a company that is built by someone who has also built a big downline they are "Distributor minded" The pay plan will be excellent and it will be easy to build a business with them. The care and support will also be in place. On the other hand, when you find a company that is built by a fortune 500 CEO who has never built a downline of their own, they are "company minded" people. Usually these companies do not last and the pay plan is not designed to pay the Distributor either well or in some cases at all.. The pay plan is designed to pay the company. Another necessary part of the review process is to take a good look at your Policies & Procedures, if the P&P's are short then there is low overhead (meaning the cost to run the company is minimal) and YOU, the Distributor will get paid more! Companies with high overhead always have long long Policies & Procedures, you will probably need a lawyer to read it for you! This company will not pay you well! Look for the companies products on Ebay, how much are they being sold for? A lot of people shop on Ebay and if they can buy those products cheaper they will!
Pillar 2. Timing in the company, Timing in the industry!
Approximately 92% of new companies don't last, they have growing pains and most don't recover. They have software problems most of the time. It is very important that a company own it's own software. If they do, they are able to perform the maintenance themselves and any up-grades or tweaks that they need. If they have bought software else where it is never that simple! It is always a better idea to join a company after it has been up and running smoothly for over 2 years!
Pillar 3. A remarkable product! It's necessary to have a product that retails well and ask yourself "Would I buy this product if there were no business opportunity involved?" Is there a Distributor discount on the product? Ask yourself this, "What's the real price of the product?" and "Doesn't this behavior show that this company only wants you to recruit new Distributors?" If you are recruiting, recruiting, recruiting you are just building a temporay paycheck! There is NO residual income in recruiting! Retail sales allow you to develop true residual income.
Pillars 4 & 5
The last two attirbutes You need to be able to Easily find
Pillar 4. The Compensation Plan!
A good pay plan is a plan that pays the most, for the least amount of people, in your organization! The plan should pay on your total volume, not on a specific number of levels, or stop after a set depth. Does it pay part-timers? How much money do you make on a retail sale? 7% and under will kill you!! There is a simple formula that will show you exactly how many people you need in your organization to make your desired monthly income;
How much money do you make per person, per spot, and divide that by your desired monthly income! That simple formula will give you the exact amount of people you will need in your organization to make your money! Once you get your amount look at it and ask yourself," Is it possible for me to sponsor, teach and retain this many people?"
Know your Compensation Plan, what type is it? What are the pros and cons of this type compensation plan?
Pillar 5. Systems for Success! It is absolutely crucial to have a duplicatable system in place. People are NOT duplicatible! Systems are! The new Distributor will ask themselves, "Can I do this? and can you help me?" Network Marketing is NOT a sales business, it is a relationship business! People join people, they do NOT join companies!

All of this information is easily available and public data. The folowing was taken directly from a short Google Search.
Who Taught Ann Sieg?
They say that "no man is an island" and it's obvious that no successful person has become successful on their own. Yet when you see the hype machines in full production, it seems as if the guru's did it all on their own - the immaculate conception of their own success.
Can I say how much I love the Internet and the ability to research this stuff right here from my own apartment? Here's what I dug up...
Ann Sieg has copied much of what she is doing from other people. She did not come up with this on her own! In fact according to one marketer claiming to be from her "mastermind group" she took what she could get from Leaders Club (Andre Vatke & Jeff Zalewski), Mike Dillard and few other minor sources and simply repackaged it as her own.
Looking back a few months (May 2007) at her website (annsieg.com - now changed) it used to say the following...
"I have a couple of extremely-successful network marketing friends, Andre Vatke and Jeff Zalewski, who've made their fortunes in this business and now spend their time coaching and training others how to do the same. These are the guys that taught me the exact techniques I use."
"Problem is - normally this hard-hitting course is only available to members of a special training group that Andre and Jeff lead. But I wanted to give you access to this priceless information... so... I talked to Andre and worked out a deal to offer it to you for a very short period of time without having to become a member."
I could not get through to Andre Vatke but the staff at his company Leaders Club indicated that the relationship with Ann Sieg had gone sour and that they would not comment because it was an ongoing legal case. So it looks like Ann's story is much deeper then she lets on. Like I said before, these people will never tell you the truth - that would interfere with what they have to sell you.

How can you trust anybody who states they are willing to help? Their actions don't show it to some of the people they sponsored in Leaders Club. Many people joined Leaders Club by Ann and Christian and received no help from either of them. How do you know you will receive help from them joining this business?
Their actions don't show it to me. Be careful with what you do and make sure you do your research so you won't be a victim of Ann Seig and or Organization.

Admittedly, I don't know anything about Ann Sieg's involvement with Leaders Club but I can tell you her new program is NOT a scam. For $67 you will get thousands of $ worth of training and information along with the ability to create thousands in sales.

Some how Ann Siege has mastered a method of owning courses, training, services, strategies, techniques, ad-infinitum.
Just put it on a web site, attach your name to it and they will believe and hopefully buy!
Her 7 Greatest Lies are borrowed, begged, and stolen but in her case she exponentially delivers the old adage "7 x 70" to it on her Renegade Scam Site and once inside, she is guilty of under promising and over delivering more lies.
What we have seen that Ann is responsible for is her being the Queen Troll of the "Toll Booth" Marketing System.
Ann puts herself and her nit-witty web site (which is handled by her young boy webmaster - on retainer?) between what ever she sees as something she can siphon every last drop out of for her personal financial and egotistical gain. Now everyone gets their own hose and gets to suck for all their might from her think tank under construction borrowed knowledge base.

Yep - as Ann would put it; there is a New And Improved System available. Renegade? Yes that fits well but the Dictionary is a little too close to home with the definition. So be it that is Ann's choice.
Maybe she can shut it down when she is exposed and reopen as the "Toll Booth Network Marketing System" with the promise that you too can become a Toll Booth Troll.
Time will tell. The TRUTH shall set you free!

So when you look into these 'brain child' marketing systems like the ones we expose here, you find out that all these clowns have done is a quick Google search and repackaged someone else's ideas as their own. Ann Sieg has plenty of advice on Internet marketing - some of the advertised features/benefits you have to pay extra for - but you can get it for free!

Why do people pay for a "system" in the first place?
GREED
The odds of anyone except the first few people making money with these systems is extremely low. You're better off spending your money on lottery tickets.
The trouble is that these people know this. They know that there are countless desperate people out these looking for a quick and easy way to wealth and they will promise it. Flash you the big dreams and smile as they take your money. They know that they will be riding off with your loot before the law catches up.
If it were as easy as they promise everyone would be doing it. And when everyone is doing it, it's worth nothing. - It's basic economics.

Okay I am back, Now I have invested less than an hour of my time to verify this offer. Obviously, I am not going to even consider working with this person. Please note I have included both the good(what little I found) along with sufficent information to easily decide that this would not be a good program for me to become involved with,or to promote. Again, this is only one of the many offers flooding my in-box on a daily basis. Please, take the time to do your Homework, Before You sign on the dotted line.

I 1st Googled and got this along with some other and I am glad I did. She is not getting any of my money. I also believe that Ann Sieg is scaming herself to get people to go to her site by saying it is not a scam and pretending to be someone else. Watch out.

Great info Sarah a google search on Ann Seig is what ultimately lead me to Mentoring For Free, my wonderful mentor, and the best mastermind group in network marketing.
