1. Can you describe in detail a little about what you do?

I'm SusanPsychic, creator and founder of The Psychic Buzz Group. What makes a psychic buzz? Let me count the ways. I buzz on my internet radio show, on my blog and in my forum. I buzz you up in my teleclass designed to help you develop your intuition. Those who've passed on can hear me buzz and I can hear them. I'm a medium and trance channel. I have been a medium all my life and a psychic for over 30 years about 7 years ago I began to trance channel Illuminated Light Beings. I am known as a open "Deep" trance channel. Two years ago I published my first book "Lost Pallies" which I decided to have co-authored. Lost Pallies is filled with true stories of spirit messages and spirit contact from those who have passed into spirit. My workbook "Living Intuitively" is in e-book form for ease of use and is about developing your spiritual and psychic abilities safely. The magic of our own psychic or intuitive reality is that we are allowed to discover our truth. As the internet radio show host and creator of the Psychic Buzz I created a blog and forum to assist others. The Psychic Buzz is about all things metaphysical.

2. Have there been times when "Spirit" gives you a message for a person you may not know? If this has happened, how do you approach the situation?

When Spirit gives a message I usually have a person to give it too even if I don't know them. Most of the time I will ask if the person wants to receive a spirit message. It is always the choice for the other person to accept. One time, a young girl was murdered because I didn't ask her or her mother if they wanted my insights as an intuitive. Who knows maybe if I had given them the message she would be alive today. I learned from this experience, today I will always take the risk of people looking at me like I am crazy or getting mad at me, it might save someone's life.

Sometimes I get the message or a premonition and don't know where it belongs or how it relates. This is when I call my family and friends and tell them to pay attention. Sometime leaving 5 min. later or changing plans makes all the difference in the world. My loved ones have learned to pay attention over the last 30 some years!

3. I have read on your web page, you have assisted in haunting and some police investigations. Is there any way you can elaborate on any of the "haunting" and/or police cases without jeopardizing any important information?

Throughout my life I have always had a relationship of one form or another with the paranormal. I shouldn't have been surprised when I received information posthumously from a five year old victim who had passed into spirit. The Alicia Armstrong missing child case is a well documented case from a retired police officer. This was to be my first missing person case.

A year ago I received an e-mail with the plea to assist in the discovery of a missing man. I don't know how this woman found me and a part of me wished she hadn't I was brought into the case six days after Dean had gone out for a hike and became lost in the vast wilderness of the San Bernardino Mountains. The weather soon turned foggy and a snow storm on the way.

Even though I stopped doing missing person cases many years ago, I decided to help with this particular case. I knew we had a 24 hour period to find Dean alive. My vision and intuition showed that if he were not found soon that his body would be found shortly after the snow melted. In many ways the next three days were the longest days of my life.

I called and e-mailed the information I received intuitively about Dean's location. Mind you, I was in Sedona Arizona at the time and Mr. Christy was in the San Bernardino Mountains hundreds of miles away. I didn't know the area well and had not seen a picture of the missing man. Even though I spoke up, this man passed into spirit buried under the snow just as my visions had showed me. Three months later on April 4, Dean Christy's body was recovered in a remote area in Green Valley Lake. I am sure he was within 3-7 miles from home. Dean's body was found as I "saw" it lying on the ground against a rock formation with branches used as shelter for his body.

The last case I worked on was about another little girl in Florida. This was last year and I lived in Sedona Arizona at the time. I felt very strongly about the messages this little girl gave and called the detective who was in charge. I didn't get a call back so I do not know how much if any of my information was used. I do know they found her body where I "saw" it.

I wish that psychics were taken more seriously by the professionals in charge of missing person cases. A normal person might wonder why investigators don't check on information offered by psychics. But, doesn't it stand to reason that if someone can get messages from the dead, they can also get messages from the living hundreds of miles away? A normal person might wonder why investigators don't check on information offered by psychics. You'd think if they didn't believe they would want to prove the psychic wrong just to shut him or her up, so they'd check it out. I think mostly they don't understand and are frightened for something that concerns them such as their religious beliefs, their logic. What would it mean for them, personally, if the psychic was right? It might be intimidating for law enforcement to go there. So they poo-poo the idea. The law is the one in control and to give that power to a psychic is not in the nature of the beast.

Many times over the years I have released earth bound spirits and yes even the residual energy of a haunting. The one I didn't clear was the one in my home for 15 years. A grisly murder had happened in the house in the early 70's and earthbound spirits remained in possession. I was barely aware of my psychic gift at this time and knew nothing of being a medium. I didn't how to clear energy or how to protect myself and my loved ones. Also, I didn't know that unwanted spirits can attach to just about anyone. Children and sensitive people (like psychics and mediums) are more open. Entities feed on vulnerability.

4. What made the final decision for you to take your psychic gift public?

Many years ago, in the mid eighty's I went to my first psychic fair. I loved the energy and fairly floated home hours later. I was hooked! I worked up the courage to see if I was good enough to be part of this elite group of people and passed the test when I gave a reading to the man who hosted these fairs. This was my beginning and I soon realized that all I did intuitively was not a "bad" thing. It was special and "good" and I knew that one day I would do this full time, you could say it was in the cards!

5. Do you use any "Tools" when you are doing your readings? If you do, can you share which media you use?

Today, I don't usually use tools unless the person I am reading for desires it, or unless I want to see if I can get more information for my client. I love tools, and they make great props when I do demonstrations and psychic fairs. Candles help me focus and incense smells great and clears my space for opening intuitively. At 17 I discovered my first deck of tarot cards, I used them and the book for the next 20 years until I went to my first psychic fair and the psychic told me to put away the book. What an act of courage that took! Even today I will shuffle my cards and have them close to me just in case!

6. Have you ever received a message from spirit that was something you were not sure you should pass on to the client? And if this has happened, how did you handle the situation?

This is a dilemma I have faced many times over the years. A loved one is going to die but is telling the family going to help or hurt them. Someone is seriously ill, should I tell them? A wife or husband is having an affair; do I tell my client the truth? Responsible choices and hard decisions to make, I avoid telling someone they are going to die. Miracles do happen. What I do is advise them to get to a doctor for tests or, in the case of a loved one tell them to stay connected with their loved one. As far as the affair I may give a warning, especially if it is my client who is having the affair. I have discovered what goes on in the dark always comes into the light. I am honest but try to make the unpleasant news a little less glaring.

7. Have you in all of the years that you been doing readings been asked to do a reading on someone that you "felt" you should not do the reading for? If so, how did you handle that situation?

If I am not supposed to do the reading the reading doesn't happen. Sometimes the timing is off, or more is developing. I would rather wait until things clear up because most of the time their reading will reflect this confusion. People will get the reading they are meant to have but the time needs to be right.

8. How long have you been intuitive? Were there other members in your family also who had the gifts that you have?

Out of four of us kids, I am the one in the family who most embraces my abilities. My brother and sister are intuitive with my sister resisting her Mediumship tendencies. My other brother is about as psychic as a stump, at least that is what he lets on. I know differently.

As I mentioned earlier I am a natural medium and brought all my abilities into this life cycle. I was born psychic. In addition, I've worked toward strengthening my intuitive abilities for more than 30 years. This is my life's passion. At the tender age of seven, I astral-traveled for the first time. I got to fly. I was always ready for bed after that with the hope of being able to fly again. At age 13, my first premonition dream appeared. It was a dream about my grandmother being in the hospital. The events occurred just as the dream showed. Growing up as an intuitive child was not ok, I got in trouble a lot for making up stories and for lying. Adjusting and learning to use my gifts as I grew came naturally. Through the years, this ability has been both the most exciting and of the most difficult of blessings.

9. Do you feel sometimes a child can have an experience that causes the "gifts" to unlock and this makes them intuitive and psychic in their early childhood?

Babies and small children are more connected to spirit and their innate abilities until about the age of 6 when these memories of past life experiences begin to fade. Children crave approval and acceptance from their parents and when these abilities are not developed and encouraged these abilities get buried. Intuitive ability is a survival technique, a way of protecting the child from harm either physically or mentally. Many times an experience will trigger the flowering of their strongest ability.

10. In your opinion, do you believe people who are sensitive's, intuitive, and psychic, develop these gifts on their own or could the "gifts" of been carried over from previous lives?

I feel that intuitive ability is carried over from both our DNA and Akashic records. Then, of course we got to practice using or not using these abilities in our past lives, just as we get to in this life time.

11. What are your goals in the development of your business?

My goal for my business is to build a strong internet presence. The internet is the way to connect with people from around the world. I desire to keep my prices affordable for those who are looking for insights and most important to me is being able to demonstrate what I do which is why I offer free demonstrations of psychic ability, Mediumship and Trance Channeling.

12. Have you ever been accused of telling your clients what they wanted to hear?

No, I have to live with myself. I have worked diligently create and maintain credibility, my good name and reputation is important to me.

13. All in all, what are you trying to accomplish by doing these readings, helping with the haunting and doing the psychic work you are doing?

I have a strong loving desire to help lift the load of the burden of doubt, fear and pain in these turbulent shifting energies of change. I desire to carry the light of knowledge for those who want it. 1.Can you describe in detail a little about what you do?

We are a "not for profit" paranormal investigation team located in northeast Pa.. We help anyone who asks for help. The services we provide can include but not limited to: A full investigation of your location with a detailed report of our findings, Paranormal advice via internet telephone or in person, we analyze paranormal audio video and still pictures, we also provide basic investigator training to teams or individuals, we provide back up support to local teams. We also maintain the Dollhouse Cam 24/7 We encourage paranormal unity and hands on investigations for clients. We do all of this without charging anyone, anything.

2.Can you without using any names or locations, describe a couple of cases you have been on?

We have a location that we have exclusive rights to investigate. When we are not there , the location stays locked and has a caretaker. We try to use this location to test new team members and new equipment. Every time we investigate this location, we experience something different. It is normal there for investigators to be lightly touched. We have collected audio evidence there including everything from telephone ringing (phone has been gone from this location for many years and line is disconnected) to a baby crying and pleas for help. We have experienced and recorded disembodied voices, footsteps and the door slamming. We have recorded sound of one of our ink pens left on a notepad, being manipulated. In at least one EVP an investigator's name was used in conjunction with an insult. at this location we always experience equipment battery drain. We are also physically drained even if we protect ourselves.

Another location that we investigated, the residents claim to be native American or native to the land. They claim to inhabit the land and not the structure itself. We experienced a sense of being disoriented or kind of a fun house effect. This location is kind of lost in time. It has never had electricity and remains of the past are all about. The elements are slowly reclaiming this structure. There has never been any communicated reports of paranormal activity at this location before we investigated.

3.Can you describe in detail some of the methods you use to debunk certain activities?

We don't normally use the word debunk. That is a phrase coined by T.A.P.S. We like to use prove/ disprove. To try and disprove evidence collected, we try to recreate all the conditions present at the time. For audio we usually have it captured on three different devices. To disprove Video or still photos , we first check the daylight or (lights on) photos to make sure nothing at the location cause the anomaly such as a reflection or shadow. Once that is ruled out we return to the location as soon as possible and at the same time of day. We then take pictures and videos with several different devices and from every conceivable angle. This may require more than one return visit to the location.

4. Is it possible to ever debunk EVP's?

EVP's get disproved or thrown out all the time. It could be an investigator talking or whispering in the background. If there is any doubt at all we throw it out. Evp's that contain a direct response to a question, can't be proven or disproved at this time.

5.Has there ever been an EVP session that actually scared you?

Personally I have only been uneasy during one evp session. There were two of us investigating a location when the door slammed and we heard footsteps approaching. Nothing ever materialized.

6.What made you decide to start your investigating group?

Traci and I unknowingly bought a haunted house in 2005. Not too long after we moved in we had coincidental things happen. After a while we realized that something was going on. I started trying to figure out what was going on. Through the house and conversations with Walt at work, We decide to form a team to try and find answers.

7.In your opinion how can toys become haunted?

There are two ways. A traumatic human experience, usually involving pain and suffering. An example would be if a suffering child found solace in a doll or stuffed animal. There is a good chance that that child's spirit or spirit energy could be attached to that object. The second way is through a spell or incantation usually related to witchcraft or dark magic.

8.Have you up to this point ever turned away having a certain haunted toy in your home? And if you have, can you explain why?

At this time we have not turned away a haunted toy. As long as the spirit or energy attached is peaceful it is welcome.

9.Do you do certain protection rituals before you go onto location to investigate?

Yes we say a protection prayer and bubble ourselves with protective energy. At this time we do not use a binding prayer when we leave. We do not feel it is fair to try and bind a spirit to any one location. We do though suggest that they do not follow team members home.

10.What are you trying to accomplish with your organization?

We are mainly searching for personal answers to life and the afterlife. If we can help people along the way that is our reward.

11.Do you charge a fee? If not, if someone wanted to make a donation to your organization, is there a site they can do that at?

12.How long have you been doing this?

Not directly, no If we use them it would only be to help guide us in our approach or where to direct equipment

I have been invited a few times to go to this nightclub but I never did. At that time I was working three jobs with very little left for a social life. However, doing research this morning for a new lens I am working on, I came across some very interesting, spooky information. Now since I have never been to this nightclub, I cannot speak of first hand experiences-but this is what the wonderful world of the internet has to say!

The Goth dance club that's being sold to residential developers has a long and supposedly creepy history. Some say a vampire actually lives on the premises. It was a former mill, where numerous tragic accidents and deaths took place, and over the years, the building has been plagued by fires and other calamities This information came from: Haunted Locations

The Masquerade: Historic and reportedly haunted old mill lives on bathed in black paint. The tri-level club is divided into Heaven, Hell and Purgatory. In Hell, the pit is a writhing dance floor with a club and retro soundtrack. Acoustic acts play and DJs spin in Purgatory. And national rock acts of all types take the stage in Heaven. Goths, metal heads, punkers and more co-exist.

At Unexplainable they say:

The Masquerade is a great location to have a drink and show your moves on the dance floor-do you know whose really watching you? Not only has the building undergone an array of freak accidents, such as fires and the collapsing of some of the structures, but also there is a rumor that vampires frequent this hot spot. Some believe a vampire actually calls the club its home.

The vampire story is not the only tale attached to the building - a darker history exists. The premises once served as a textile mill, where a handful of young girls lost their lives due to a slew of accidents (not to mention the cases of tuberculosis running through the girls that endured harmful working conditions). This is probably why the building is known for unexplainable screams, footsteps, and other noises that take place on the back stairs, when the club is not in session.

After hours also showcases a variety of odd events at the Masquerade, such as heavy amplifiers turned over at will and the supposed ghost of a tall man, who has been seen roaming about the inside of the club.
