schecter review
This Schecter review discusses a few schecter guitars that I own. Made in Korea my Schecter 006 (click here for a full schecter 006 review) guitar has 22 jumbo frets on a 25.5 inch scale. The maple neck is bolt on, with Dot inlays. It has a Schecter trademark 'fat' neck along with rosewood fingerboard. The guitar has a basswood body that comes in satin black or vampire red. It has a dual Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers with tune-O-matic bridge. The awesome looking Schecter headstock has non locking tuners. It comes with a 3 way pick-up selector and 1 volume and 1 tone knob. It comes loaded with.11 to.46 strings.
Sound
it feels and looks nice but how about the importent stuff?
I use a Roland Cube 20X amplifier for this review. Usually I play metal, but also a lot of blues and classic rock. It plays metal very well. There is very good feature that the Diamond plus pick ups can handle heavy distortion great. There are also no problems with the classic rock. The clean sound is great as well, which is great for bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Sublime. This guitar can handle almost any genre of music flawlessly. Due to the lightness of the basswood body it is comfortable to play.If you really want to go for the heavy stuff. You should click here for the schecter hellraiser review. The schecter hellraiser blow any metal guitar away!
As the action was set up at nice median therefore it was great to play it. The pick-ups weren't to low, so that was a relief as well. My bassist recently bought a schecter bass after reading a schecter bass review (click here for a propper schecter bass review) and has been very satisfied.
A nice demo of a schecter guitar
