Absolutely not. OK, a lot are but there are thousands of student grants and scholarships that are awarded for other reasons than just being clever.
Would you believe that you could claim a Duct Tape Scholarship of up to $2500 just for wearing duct tape to a high school prom!
How about The All-American Apple Pie Recipe Scholarship of up to to $25,000.
Perhaps you are good at callings ducks! Maybe you are small and under 4'10"....you can claim scholarships and grants for college for so many reasons most people wouldn't believe you.
Don't worry if you are tall. Being over 6'2" allows you to apply for a Tall scholarship!
For Star Trek fans, there is even a college grant from The Klingon Language Institute. "Buy' ngop!"
