Of all the places to open a business, why Nashville? After being the first NHL player signed in 1998 by the Nashville Predators, I suffered a career-ending injury and decided to settle here.

How did you finance your venture? I partnered with successful entrepreneurs and former professional players.

Did you have an "ah-ha" moment? When the economy became so weak we could see there was a tremendous need to help nonprofit organizations as supporters are not able to donate as much.

Despite the down economy, you opened. Why? We have a very innovative company in which we thrive in a down economy and not many are saying that right now.
