Scrapbooking Quotes, Layouts, and Ideas

In this layout I used the hole punch to create the movie reel look. I measured up the paper to each photo and aligned them to make it look straight. The background paper was all brown. I used a gel ink pen to draw in the swirlies (I didn't have a swirly stamp at the time). The "You and Me" is made from chipboard that I bought at the store. On the "Y" and the "M" I used Glue Dots to secure the different colored ribbons behind the silhouette of the letter.
I used a Rub-on lettering to place "hold me tight" on the photo in the lower left corner.

With this layout I used a corner punch to create the rounded edges on the pictures and the cardstock behind the cake picture. Instead of using glue dots to secure the ribbon, I used brads. This added some embelishment to my page. For the coloring on the paper, I used an ink pad. I swept the paper across the stamp pad very gently and it creates an interesting design. The lettering on this page is from cut-out lettering that I bought at a craft store. I have yet to buy a Cricut. I can't wait until I get it! It's definitely going to be worth it!
