NEW TO SCRAPBOOKING or not a scrapbooker and unaware what retreats are all about? Well, imagine packing up luggage for a typical family of 4, full only with your scrapbooking papers, adhesives, embellishments, albums, tools, stickers, etc., then cramming one more tote bag in your van containing just your change of clothes & toiletries. Then you drive (usually with a couple of like-minded scrapbooking friends) anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours to a location like a resort, hotel, convention center, bed & breakfast or the like that's ready and waiting for you and perhaps 10-300 others.
