    I'm breathless. These are amazing. I'm surprised that it is now in the Olympics; I wouldn't think of it as a "sport," but rather an art. It certainly is amazing art. And how tragic that the creations are necessarily evanescent.

    Oh, you missed Australia, hahaha. We don't have much ice around and no one here has tried sculpting. Now sand sculpting that is a different matter. Great lens and the displays are awesome. Blessed and featured on Blessed by Skiesgreen 2012. Hugs.

    Gorgeous! I posted some photos of the Shrek ice sculptures at Disney World in Tampa on Red Gage but they are not nearly as impressive as some of these! Blessings.

    They are so cool. ;) I went to an ice sculpture competition a few years ago and it was fabulous to see how creative and intricate artists could get.

    Where I live we get beautiful sand castles crafted, but none match the majesty of these ice sculptures.

    Simply incredible. I have a friend who has visited the Ice Hotel in Finland, he said it was amazing. I love the Chinese tower blocks on this lens.
