Some awesome stuff for people that need hands free for their cell phones

I've been driving "hands free" since way back...back when I was working with ADT Security and was constantly out on the road and needing to use my cell phone. Back then bluetooth was a device that not many people owned or had heard of, however, today those things have changed. I'm going to show you some of the coolest bluetooth products I've come across....right here on the net.

Headset or not?

Why my wife has me thinking.....

I have a "decent" Motorola headset that I've been using for a few years now. I live in New Jersey and they just recently started a more strict "hands free" law for the state (we've had a smaller scattered city/county one for a while). Now, my wife is always on her cell phone in her car....which is not a good thing. She's also a health nut and she doesn't want anything near her head that produces "waves" of any kind (no matter how much I try and convince her that they are safe). This lead me to start looking for alternatives to the regular bluetooth headset....alternatives which I've found through a company called VR-3. This puppy just attaches to your car visor, has a backlit LCD screen and allows for voice dialing and one touch answer. It's perfect because it's out of your way, and is clear enough to hold conversations without any fuss. You DO have the option to attach a "wired" headset to it if you want your conversations more "private".

VR-3 Snap on Rear View Mirror LCD Bluetooth device

Yea, that's a mouthful, not the exact product name but it's easier for me to help you understand exactly what it is. This one actually replaces your rear view mirror, just by snapping onto it and covering over it. This has a built in LCD on the bottom that allows you to see who's calling in probably one of the safest places for you to be looking...the rear view mirror! This puppy gives you all the features you want in a bluetooth device including voice dialing and noise cancellation. This also lets you hook up an ear piece for more "private" conversations.

This one simply plugs into your car's power adapter. It doesn't support voice dialing but has one button answer and one button hang up. It also has an easy one button "hook up" to connect to your bluetooth device.
