There is no secret of fast weight loss. Alot of companies will tell you there is a secret of fast weight loss just so you buy their pills,programs or even surgery. If you really believe that there is a secret of fast weight loss then more than likely you will buy their product from them. In this article I intend to show you there is no secret of fast
weight loss.

The secret of fast weight loss for the average person is losing between 2 to 5 pounds a week. Please be careful of anything that offers more as their are no diets, pills, exercise equipment or surgery that can help you lose weight healthily. All of the above
methods have risks and they are simply not worth it.

Have you ever tried just drinking a glass of water when you feel hungry? If not try it - you may find that you are not hungry but if you still find yourself hungry then yes I suggest to have something to eat.

Research shows that if you eat your food slowly chances are you will find that you have had enough. The reason for this is that it takes 20 minutes for your brain to acknowledge that you have actually had enough. If you keep eating beyond this point then you are eating too much.

All foods can be good foods if eaten in moderation. I mean how many times have you tried to diet and cut out your favourite food eg chocolate only to go and not finish the diet and end up at square one. I know I did try this and did not find it successful but what I did find was that by reducing the amount of chocolate I ate I lost weight as I increased my fruits
and vegetables.

As I said earlier their is no secret of fast weight loss, just make sure that you dont lose any more than 2 to 5 pounds a week or it is unhealthy. Eat the right foods in moderation and exercise and you will find the weight will drop off.
