A little about what Sedgewall can do...
Sedgewall provide a special vehicle product range to emergency & commercial services; this
includes Run Locks, Relay Box Assemblies, Battery/load monitors, Fuse Boxes, Flasher Units (Alternating, Multi-pattern & LED), Switch Controllers (fixed & handheld), Intercoms, Safespeech, Microphones (Fist, Hands-free, Gooseneck & Vehicle) & Handsets. They also supply audio accessories, such as Speakers & Waterproof Horns (including ATEX approved).
Radios, pagers & headsets also make up the jigsaw of Sedgewalls' capabilities. Items can be designed to any specification required; some of the standard products can be modified to your requirement if necessary. They also offer a bespoke sub-contract manufacturing & assembly service (including box builds, power looms & cable assemblies).
Customers have seen an improvement in their productivity & reliability when utilising Sedgewall's services & products with all Sedgewall manufactured products being supplied with a Sedgewall warranty and guarantee. One of the reasons behind this is because they manufacture to a military standard & are BSI ISO 9001 certified.
Sedgewall have also applied for AS EN9100 Certification as part of their ongoing quality improvements under SC21 auditing. SC21 or 21st Century Supply Chains is a change program designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace and defence industry by raising the performance of its supply chains. Signatories to SC21 are committed to developing supply chains to ensure they remain competitive and able to deliver increased value to customers.
