Teleseminars to Build Your Biz with See You On The Call

If you are a small business owner, a service professional or an entrepreneur looking to grow your list of subscribers, increase your revenue and expand your client base, teleseminars are an excellent way to achieve these goals!

Find out how to create a teleseminar, how to promote webinars, how to get callers to listen in and stay on the line, how to write a great script and how to monetize each teleseminar so you can generate revenue while you sleep. Yes, really.

Teleseminars Can Boost Your Revenue

While Making You The Go-To Expert In Your Niche

If you are a business owner, you may not yet be aware of the power that a teleseminar can hold when it comes to building your client list and generating profits.

Hosting a teleseminar is one of the least expensive ways to get the word out about your products and services while offering valuable information to your listeners. By giving useful and desirable information to your list of subscribers through teleseminars, you will be able to develop subscriber loyalty and satisfaction (which will mean more sales for you!)

5 important reasons why you need to host a teleseminar now.

Reason #1: Lead generation source. Teleseminars are a lead generation magnet! Do you want to build your list? Teleseminars are one of the best (if not THE best) ways to start generating leads by giving them free valuable information in a no-pressure format. (If your message doesn't resonate with them, they can simply hang up.)

Reason #2: Direct connection. When you are hosting a call, you have a direct connection with your listeners (potential customers). Create a compelling topic and write a well-thought out script so you can leverage this connection for a high conversion rate of buyers!

Reason #3: Build your brand. When you host a teleseminar, you become the voice for your brand. Building a brand makes your business worth more and creates customer confidence (meaning your potential for sales increase).

Reason #4: Message portability! Teleseminars can be listened to anywhere a phone can go. Whether a caller is driving in his car, working at the office or working out at the gym- your teleseminar can be playing in his or her ear!

Reason #5: Build customer loyalty. By giving your callers valuable information for free, you are building a list of followers who will want more of you until eventually they will have to buy!

Now that you can clearly see how powerful teleseminars can be for your business, it is time to come up with information that your target market wants and set up your call. If you need help figuring out what your audience is looking for, send out a survey. Then, take 4-6 weeks to create an Opt In page, write your follow up emails, find a guest to interview on the call, draft a script and create your backend offer. Once you have completed these tasks, it will be time to promote your event and get ready for the leads to start pouring in!

5 Ways to Promote Your Teleseminar for FREE

So You Can Grow Your Business and Your Revenue!

Now that you have this great new information to give your target audience via a teleseminar, how are you going to get people to Opt In to the call? This can be an especially daunting task if your current Opt In list is under 1000 people, but it is a pursuit that every information marketer must conquer in order to achieve any amount of success. The first thing you will want to do is to create a plan or strategy of ways that you will get the word out about your call.

Here are 5 FREE ways that you can promote your teleseminar to build your list of subscribers who are eager to hear what you have to say.

Step #1: Use social media! Do not be afraid of places like Facebook and Twitter. Social media sites will be one of your greatest lead generation resources and your presence and regular contribution will generate followers who are looking for exactly the information that you have to give, for free!

Step #2: Write articles and list them with article distribution services. Spend some time brainstorming every possible question your target audience might have and then write 500-1000 word articles answering each and every one of them. Your resource box or bio is where you will give a little shout out for your teleseminar and a link to your Opt In page. Don't forget to include a free offer (like your teleseminar) in this space! A call to action will produce many more leads for you than just displaying your message.

Step #3: Read blogs and forums specific to your niche and comment on them. The more active you are in forums, discussion boards and posting comments about your area of expertise, the greater the amount of traffic that will funnel to your site. Always make sure that you are giving great information (not just promoting yourself) so that people will want to follow you! If you simply post information about you and links to your pitch pages, people will stop following you. However, if you are providing useful tips and comments, people will love you for your wisdom!

Step #4: Email your list and partner with other marketers who have big lists in your niche. Send regular emails to your subscribers. If you don't email your members, you are missing sales opportunities! If you want your subscribers to be happy, there is a fine line between emailing too much and not emailing enough. An email at least once a week is enough to give your list some good information and remind them to come to you for their niche-based needs.

**If your list is still on the small side, find someone with a large list to partner with, so they can email their list about your call! Tell them they can offer your teleseminar as a bonus for one of their product launches. Or better yet, have them sign up for your affiliate program and they can earn commissions if anyone from their list buys from you after the call. Always think "win-win" for everyone involved.

Step #5: List your call with event listing services. There are many services where you can list the details of your call and include a link to your Opt In page. For people who are looking for a call to hop on that day, this can be very helpful and rewarding. List your call on as many of these services as possible if you want maximum exposure and a bigger list of subscribers.

We know of only one service where you can actually have two savvy mompreneurs send out details about your teleseminar for free, twice a day (check resource box). However, the simple listing directories work well too. Remember, the more places you list your call, the more callers will likely be on the line for your teleseminar and the more sales you can potentially make.

Do not underestimate the power of adding your call to one of these free listing services as they are designed to make it easier for you to get the word out about your teleseminar, so you can build your list and make lots of money. Now, go get started with the teleseminar promotion action plan listed above and spread the news about your very important call. Your listeners are waiting for you!

10 Simple Ways to Keep Callers on the Line for Your Whole Teleseminar

(So You Can Increase Your Sales Conversion Rates and Boost Revenue!)

As two people who have participated as both hosts and listeners on a TON of teleseminars, we have noticed some similarities between what sells and what doesn't on a call. Here are some critical elements that will help you to achieve a greater amount of success in your teleseminars.

When you sit down to write the script of your teleseminar, you will need to focus on these key areas of your approach. Starting with the Introduction, you have to tell the story of yourself and your business so people know who they are listening to and why. If you are just someone who is giving them an hour of dry information, it is going to be BORING and the callers will not connect with you. Your callers want to be friends with you. SO, you develop rapport by giving a brief history of who you are, how you came to be THE expert in this area and why you are providing this information to your audience. Here is the break down

1. Your story: after you tell everyone on the line who you are and why you are an authority on this topic, you are going to tell your story about how you were somehow just like them and realized that people need this product or service that you are offering. You don't need to tell your whole life story, just the story of how you ended up on the line, giving the callers this information. It could have been a conversation with a client, it could have been a book you read or a story YOU heard! It can even be something you make up, just make it a story! People want to be entertained on these calls and telling a story or 2 or 3 is going to entertain them and keep them on the line for your pitch.

2. Relate the story to the callers on the line. Talk about how it helped you or helped one of your clients. Tell about how it will help solve a problem these callers are having and how it will help them to be more successful in their business, relationships or life.

3. Outline everything you are going to cover on the call. Have 3 to 5 main points and use those points to move the callers forward. One very effective selling technique is to hook the callers with the really juicy tip you are going to give them after the first 3 or 4 tips. Remember, you want to keep them on the line, so you have to bait them with the real goods. For instance, I am sure you can't wait to find out how to close your callers AND how to deliver your script for maximum effectiveness. You will probably stay on the call until the end just to hear that, right?

4. Recap everything you have covered before going on to give the final juice of the call. You want your callers to appreciate all that they have learned as well as you want to make sure they are following along with you.

5. Ok, so for the sake of illustrating my point here, I am going to throw in a pitch. You are "on the line" with me right now, so to speak and I've got you hooked. Now, I can't throw in a pitch about listing your teleseminar with See You On The Call because it isn't really relevant to the information I am giving you. I am giving you information about your pitch. You really want to know when and how you make your pitch. Well, right now%u2026
