With the Employee Free Choice Act, if a majority of workers in a business decide they want to join a union, they would be able to through an expedited process free of harassment and intimidation.

I live in Alabama, one of the biggest union-busting states in the nation. It boggles my mind that people want to work for low wages while buying products and services produced by higher-paid workers elsewhere. The whole disinformation campaign on "card-check" and the idiots who believe it is just another illustration of why it's not a good thing to be 49th or 50th in education decade after decade.

There is NOTHING about "Free Choice" in this
proposed legistlation. Taking away our democratic
right to a secret ballot election is anti-American.
Period. We just elected our next, and most
historic President by the secret ballot election.
Get real and stop kidding yourselves.
