This lens is about healing practices, methods, and techniques you can do to heal your life and grow a healthy lifestyle. Nothing here is being suggested as a substitute for standard medical treatments or mental health interventions. Self-help and self-healing ways blend well with western medicine and shamanic medicine alike.
Self-help and self-healing tips, techniques, methods, remedies, and arts can stand alone when there is no standard medical diagnosis or when no standard medical care is needed or available. Sometimes non-medical self-help and self-healing address aspects or root causes of 'what ails' that western medicine does not attempt to treat.
Self-healing can become a self-changing way of life. Self-healing can lead you beyond healing and healthier choices into a habit of ecstatic ultra-wellness. This is the cousin lens to My Self Change Shop which is about continuing self-change for the better as a way of life after self-help and self-healing bring a return to wellness.
