This is the most important part of the method, leaning to put the panic attack behind you and move on with your day as if nothing happened, dwelling on the episode will only give the attack more power.If you can manage to stop for a moment and accept that you have panic attacks, believe they will NEVER hurt you physically, and just get on with things I will personally guarantee in a matter of weeks you will have this under control.

Learn 1 thing, every time you feel a panic attack arriving, "and they still will come regularly till you stop allowing them to scare you", don't let it to disappoint you, accept it's arrival and learn to allowed it into your life. You can only end the fear permanently if you are willing to do this.

What I mean by this is, remember when you first met your partner/ new friend, or started a new job,I bet it was very frightening for the first couple of times you were faced with the situation?
