Self Awareness and Self Mastery

Happiness is simple.  It is the messy world of emotions, sabotaging behaviors, and critical thinking that is the problem to be pursued.  When you gain mastery over your mind and your emotions the experience of love and happiness becomes easy.  It even becomes easy in your relationships too.

If you spend the time investing in your self you will reap the rewards the rest of your life.

Small thoughts on big ideas

There is a Christian belief that God sent his only son Jesus Christ to die for our sins.

If this is true, then aren't they worshiping a God that believes in human sacrifice?

I think there must be something else to the story that I'm missing.
