How To Stop an attack before It Happens

In the 1st Lesson, we learned the importance of being aware of choosing the right battlefield, so that we can level the playing field and allow us to turn the table against any attacker.

The 2nd Lesson we talked about the 4 Biggest Mistakes in defending yourself.
We also became aware that we have 3 brains: the Human Brain, the Monkey Brain and the Lizard Brain.

Being aware of your Monkey Brain will explain why we did a lot of the silly things in the past.

With the benefit of hindsight, a lot of unnecessary problems could have been avoided if only we were aware of the Monkey Brain.

And hopefully now that we are aware of the Monkey Brain, we can keep it under control whenever we have a confrontation.

Restore the voice of reason and logic by allowing your Human Brain to regain control!

We have been brainwashed into thinking that self defense and fighting is one and the same thing. Now you are aware that fighting is a mindset that we do not want to have.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd rule in self defense is ESCAPE! ESCAPE! ESCAPE!

But if you allow the Monkey Brain to take control, you will make the worst possible decision like fighting back!

Of course you know what will happen when you try to use strength and aggression to fight back against a superior fighter - you lose.

You can only keep your cool if your Human Brain can regain control from the Monkey Brain.
